Becoming a partner is as easy as 1-2-3!

1)Contact a representative to get your information by calling 419.733.7357 or emailing melanie@thefamilyfunfinder.com.

2) Send your gift certificates or payment to DreamSource Media LLC at 96 W. 4th St. Suite A5 , Minster, OH 45865 (*We’ll send you an invoice for what is due according to the information provided on your request form)

• Please note that businesses with multiple locations will be charged $50 for the initial location, and $15 for each additional location. All locations are provided with a decal and listed as partners on our website.

3) As soon as your fee is processed, you will receive a welcome packet within 10 business days in the mail with your decal and details of how to fully take advantage of your benefit package.

• You can take advantage of the option to extend a special offer to our members at any time…you can even add it right away.

• You are also immediately eligible for advertising discounts and can begin the ad ordering process in conjunction with your partnership request.
